Earlier chosen for Corporate, says she ” Not that I’m dying to get seriously off-beat. I’m sure Madhur’s film will be sensibly main stream.” Madhur tells that ” It’s very important for me to make sure that Fashion doesn’t overlap with ‘Page 3′ culture.” The section will be shot in Paris.

Priyanka Chopra, the former Miss World 2000, will play a bodyguard armed to the hilt and wield the sword to combat enemies in her next film Drona.

After having trained in martial arts for her role in the 2006 remake of Don, Priyanka has been learning to wield a kirpan, with as much élan as a real Sikh swordsman.

Chopra stars with Abhishek Bachchan who plays superhero against Kay Kay Menon cast in a villainous role. Bachchan’s good friend Goldie Behl will direct the venture.

It has been almost 4 years since Priyanka Chopra was seen in her first released film THE HERO. Playing second lead to Priety Zinta in the film, she was seen as a full fledged heroine in ANDAAZ just a month later.

Since then there has been no looking back for Priyanka who enjoys number of hits under her belt and is now looking at the good run to continue with SALAAM E ISHQ. But are you aware that the first film for which she shot never made it to the screens and is now finally looking set for release?

Former Miss World Priyanka Chopra claims that she tried to play Roma’s role, played by the sexy Zeenat Aman in Don (1978) , differently in the remake Don .

“I tried that and I don’t know how far I am successful, I think people will tell me that,” Priyanka said of the role in the film that stars Shah Rukh Khan in the title role – played by mega superstar Amitabh Bachchan in the original.
