In the top pay bracket of actresses are the trio Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra. Going by industry sources, Kareena has been paid Rs. 2.5 crore for Sajid Nadiadwala’s upcoming release opposite Akshay Kumar Kambaqt Ishq, Katrina starring next to Ranbir Kapoor has bagged Rs. 2 crore for Rajkumar Santoshi’s first-ever romantic comedy Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, while Priyanka Chopra who is sharing space with real-time boyfriend Shahid in Kaminay has got Rs. 2 crore.
